We will be running the Gardens Open event again this year. It’s a little different this time as it will run over 2 days. It will be on Saturday 22nd June from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Sunday 23rd June from 1.00 to 4.00 pm.
In addition to the gardens there will be the plant stall and, throughout the event there will be delicious refreshments, tombola and crafts in the Wilkinson Hall. Tickets cost £5 per adult with accompanied children free. Children can do a little quiz while as you go around the gardens.
All proceeds go to the restoration and maintenance of St George’s Church. There is always work to be done on an 800 year old building but with your support the Friends have been able to give over £70,000 to the church for urgent work over the last 2 years. Please come along and support us over this weekend.
